Hi, I’m Stephanie.

I’ve spent 35 years running teams and operations. Hiring people, onboarding them, managing teams, solving problems, and building the systems that keep a business moving when I’m not in the room. Along the way, I’ve taught operations classes across the country and spoken on stages at real estate and coaching conferences.
